Thank you for shopping with Dypoo! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how our returns and refunds process works:

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the packaging is torn or damaged.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at contact@dypoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
